Our Provision
Although we provide bespoke education programs for each of our pupils, we do work to the national syllabus. As many of our young people have been out of schooling for extended periods, much of our classwork includes ‘filling in the gaps’. We identify knowledge gaps and can provide much needed ’catch-up’ work to prepare pupils for Keys Stage level work.
Key Stage 3 We offer a broad and balanced syllabus in line with the National Curriculum at key stage 3 in order to keep pupils up to date with their peers and to achieve a smooth and seamless return to mainstream education where appropriate. Key Stage 4 At key stage 4 we work towards gaining accredited qualifications for our students ranging from entry level 3 to functional skills levels 1 and 2 and GCSE. We also work closely with INSPIRA, FE colleges, employers and other agencies to make sure that our students are able to move on to further education or apprenticeships. |
